Messaging Compliance Policy

To ensure regulatory compliance, we require all users to follow the guidelines below when using our SMS platform:

1. TCPA & CTIA Compliance

  • You must obtain prior express written consent from all recipients before sending promotional messages

  • Consent must be documented and stored

  • Clearly disclose opt-in terms during sign-up

  • Opt-in messages must include: "Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

2. Opt-Out Management

  • All campaigns must support the STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE commands

  • Opt-out requests must be honored immediately

  • Confirmation of opt-out must be sent to the consumer

3. Prohibited Content

  • Strictly forbidden: Content related to SHAFT, cannabis, illegal drugs, hate speech, deception, or scams

  • Gambling, payday loans, and debt collection require pre-approval and strict compliance

4. 10DLC Registration

  • All U.S. A2P messaging traffic must be registered with The Campaign Registry

  • Brand and campaign approval must be completed before sending

  • Message throughput is regulated and non-registered traffic may be blocked

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend any account violating these policies without notice. Repeat violators will be permanently banned.
